I've never shopped for real estate before - I've always been a renter, but I'm ready to purchase a house now. I'm just wondering how I should go about it new homes Austin TX.
I know I could look in the classified ads in the paper or online, or I could go through a real estate agent. I don't have a lot of time to shop, as my work keeps me very busy. I travel a lot.
I may just drive around in my spare time and look for "for sale" signs on new homes in the community I want to live in. However, it's more likely I'll hire a professional.
